L is for Libraries...

Happy Thursday!!  Another short and sweet post here ~ as much as I would LOVE to buy every book I enjoy and adore, sometimes the budget just doesn't allow...

There's an alternative.  Maybe you've heard of it?  :)

If you don't already have a Library card - GO GET ONE TODAY!!  Pretty, please?  They're free!  Happy Reading out there today!

My library card is one of my dearest possessions. And, when I have little extra $$ and I buy books, when I'm finished with them (particularly hard backs) I donate them to my local library.

We are so blessed. We have a thriving library with wonderful local support. It is actually going to be E-X-P-A-N-D-E-D (as in made larger) so there will be more shelves for MORE BOOKs!)

I could spend all day in the library! Unfortunately, the one in my town right now is super small, but still. What's better than free (for a while) books?

Remember the day the class teacher took us all to the library and we were given our first library card - wonderful memory!

Ooh, I don't know why I didn't think of library. I've love them most all my life. My favorite library has a coffee shop with just the best cappuccino!

i don't go to one often enough. i love buying books. although my budget doesn't really allow it either. now that i write, i read a lot less....i KNOW that's a terrible thing to admit. but there's only so much time in the day! (i also love to keep books. i love how they look on a shelf. i guess that's why i'm team physical book copy and not team e-book!) :0) christy

I'm going to admit I haven't seen the inside of a library since 1999. About that time I started reading more than one book at a time and couldn't keep the books out long enough to finish them. I'm bad. I know.

I got my library card recently when I lost my job. I hadn't used a library since I was a young girl and the book mobile came to the church parking lot. Great post!
